力士乐Rexroth比例减压阀0811402059 DRE6X-1X/75MG24-8NZ4M比例减压阀由油缸、阀体两部分组成。而节流孔板和高压调节阀设计为一体,阀门开关排泄流量和降压由液压缸行程控制。能任意调整排泄压力及流量,安全,方便。
比例减压阀:压降从50兆帕至于1.6兆帕,可以调节排泄压力。
比例减压阀工作原理:
导阀的开启都是利用顶部的调节螺栓顺时针方向拧动,使弹簧缩产生的弹力,使导阀膜片向下凹陷,作用在导阀连杆上的力,使之向下位移打开导阀。当导阀开启后,上游进汽管段A腔的蒸汽通过α通道(供汽调节通道),经过导阀进入导阀环形汽腔,由β通道直接送到下面的活塞汽缸上腔。在A腔蒸汽不断的供给下,压力持续升高,推动活塞下行打开主阀,这时蒸汽源源不断从A腔流至B腔。当下游出口管段B腔负荷满足的情况下,余多的蒸汽又使B腔内的压力不断升高。不断升高的压力通过γ通道(压力感应通道)反馈到导阀膜片下腔,使导阀膜片向上突起,克服了上部调节弹簧的压力,导阀被关小或关闭。从而,关小或关闭来自上游α通道的蒸汽源。当活塞汽缸上腔压力下降时,在下面复位弹簧的作用下,主阀被关小或关闭,这时B腔内的压力开始下降,这样周而复始达到调压的目的。

比例式减压阀 阀门利用阀体内部活塞两端截面积不同产生的压力差,改变阀后的压力达到减压的目的,比例准确,工作平稳,寿命长,适用温度高,既可减动压,又可减静压,水平、垂直安装均可。
比例式减压阀,外形美观,质量可靠,比例准确,工作平稳,既减动压也减静压。 该阀利用阀体内部活塞两端不同载面积产生的压力差,改变阀后的压力,达到减压目的。比例式减压阀的减压比例是:2∶1,3∶1,4∶1,3∶2,5∶2等,亦可根据要求设计特殊比例的减压阀。
比例阀当在阀后管网上无用水时阀门关闭,阀前后压力比是定值;当阀后管网启用消火栓或喷头喷水时,阀前压力大于阀后压力,推动活塞后移比例式减压阀打开,阀后管网压力随流量的增加而降低(符合流量-压力特性曲线),直至达到平衡位置,活塞停止移动。 当阀后管网停止用水时由于活塞后端压强升高,比例式减压阀活塞失去平衡状态而前移,比例式减压阀关闭。一般选择比例式减压阀是使设计流量在流量-压力特性曲线的直线段上,这样阀后压力与阀前压力仍呈比例关系。
